Parish Links

 

As a Catholic School, links with our Parish and extended Community are very important to us. We are extremely blessed to have St. Winefride's Catholic Church and St. Winefride's Well within walking distance of our school.

​

St Winefride’s RC Church is on Well Street in Holywell, and is the parish church of St. Winefride’s Catholic Primary School.​​ Father Matthew is our priest and we see him when we celebrate mass in school and during our weekly mass visits to Church.​

In addition to Mass at School and weekly Mass visits to Church our Parish

• Involvement with the local food bank,

• Celebrating First Holy Communion 

• Educational visits to church 

• Social visits to school from our Parish Priest (Father Mathew) 

• Our children have performed in concerts at Church

• We invite the parish to events such as charity coffee afternoons 

• Our children help the Bridgettine Sisters with charity events
